Refunds policy
You are entitled to request a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase, even if you have accessed or downloaded the content, provided the request is made within this period.
To request a refund, please email us at customer@afiqipin.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
Refund requests made after the 3-day period will not be eligible, except in cases of:
Duplicate payments
Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content
Other exceptional cases determined at our sole discretion
All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and will be completed within 14–30 days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds for:
Requests made more than 3 days after the purchase date (unless under the exceptions stated above)
Situations where the customer simply wishes to cancel after the 3-day period has passed
